Double-Blind Peer Review

All research submitted to the journal is subject to a rigorous peer-review process based on a double-blind review system, where reviewers do not know the identity of the researchers, and researchers do not know the names of the reviewers, to ensure integrity and impartiality in evaluating the research.

Verifying the authenticity of the research

Before the arbitration process begins, a thorough check is conducted to ensure that the research is original, has not been previously published in whole or in part, and is free from plagiarism or unauthorized copying, using specialized software for textual similarity checking.

Selection of judges

Reviewers are selected based on their scientific specialization and experience in the research field, taking into account their impartiality and the absence of any conflict of interest. The research is sent to more than one independent reviewer for a comprehensive evaluation.

Judges' evaluation

Each reviewer prepares a detailed report that includes their assessment of the research’s suitability for publication, its adherence to scientific standards, and any modifications or improvements they deem necessary. In case of differing opinions among the reviewers, the editor-in-chief reviews the comments and makes the appropriate decision, and may request additional reviewers if necessary.

Contacting researchers

The reviewers’ reports are sent to the researchers with a request to make the required revisions precisely. The researcher is required to respond to all the reviewers’ comments in detail and clearly, submitting a file showing the revisions made (with the Track Changes feature enabled) and a separate file that answers all the reviewer’s comments.

Modification period

The researcher is given a deadline of no more than 15 days to make the amendments and resubmit the amended version, explaining how each point raised in the arbitration reports was addressed.

Acceptance or rejection decision

The editorial board reserves the right to make the final acceptance or rejection decision based on the research’s adherence to the journal’s standards, the quality of its content, and the results of the peer review process. The final decision is made by the editor-in-chief and the journal’s director based on the recommendations of the scientific committee and the reviewers.

Integrity and ethics

The journal adheres to the highest standards of scientific integrity and research and publishing ethics, and relies on a fair and transparent arbitration system that respects the rights of both researchers and arbitrators.
